1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and zrep tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you disagree with any part of the TOS, you do not have permission to access the service.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of zrep and its licensors.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to their computer and/or account. Users agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under their account and/or password.

  • For exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate zrep, a zrep employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the TOS.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOS at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
